Currently, Lake Highlands Christian Child Enrichment Center employs twenty-one caregivers, supported by an Administrative Director, a Curriculum Director, an office staff of four, a building superintendent, and a kitchen attendent.
Each employee is dedicated to the welfare of our children and shares our passion and commitment to provide the best care possible.
Two-thirds of our employees have worked with us for at least two years, while over half have been employed for at least four years.
