Make a Difference.
It’s our heart to love others as Jesus loves them. To us that sometimes looks like providing pantry items, ministering to our community, helping orphans, standing up for justice and taking care of the needs of the church. We believe that the church is the only organism that exists for the sake of non-members.
If you are looking for a place to serve, please review the LHC volunteer opportunities below.
If you are unsure how you best can serve and be refreshed, please take the, Discover Your Spiritual Gifts Survey. This can give you an idea of your strengths and hopefully point you in the right direction.
Internal Opportunities
- Join our team of Kid Connectors! In this once-a-month (or once-every-two months) role, you will be a vital part of our Kids’ Power Up classes on Sunday morning during the sermon. You will help guide a small group of 2-4 children (ages range from 3 yrs – 6th grade) to connect with a Bible story during a variety of fun, hands-on experiences. All activities and materials are provided so there is minimal preparation. Our vision at Lake Highlands Church is to intentionally connect our adult and younger church through discipleship, so we have made the experience as accessible as possible. We would love to have you!
